description, clarify description of problems, and conducting inspections.

warranty & service contract coverage by examining records
& papers, explaining provisions & exclusions.

Prepare
repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems and causes
discovered, as well as repairs and services required.

Develop
estimates by costing material, supplies & labor, calculating
customer's payment including deductibles.

Answering
customers questions and concerns.
